Planning Manager - Corporate Office

Experience : 8 to 10 Years in Real Estates

Job Location : Corporate Office, Sector 136, Noida

Qualification : B.Tech / Diploma


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling.

2. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

3. Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and allocate resources effectively.

4. Track project progress against the baseline schedule and update stakeholders on key milestones.

5.Identify delays, analyze root causes, and suggest corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

6. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.

7.Coordinate with procurement teams to track material deliveries and align them with the project timeline.

8. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, baseline plans, and revisions.

9.Identify potential risks and delays in the project timeline and propose mitigation strategies.

10. Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.

Manager / Asst. Manager - Purchase

Experience : 10 to 15 Years in Real Estates

Job Brief

1. Procurement and strategy: Develop and implement purchasing strategies for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with project needs and quality standards.

2. Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, build long-term relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

3. Cost control: Analyze project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to keep procurement costs down without compromising quality or timelines.

4. Purchase order management: Process and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Coordination and communication: Work closely with site teams, finance departments, architects, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.

6. Inventory and quality: Monitor material quality and manage inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of materials for construction sites.

7. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities, costs, and vendor performance.

Architect

Experience : 7 to 12 Years in Real Estates

AGM / DGM - MEP

Experience : 12 - 15 Years in Real Estates

Job Location : Sector 22 D, Yamuna Expressway


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEP-related activities for projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Review and approve MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other project teams to ensure designs are integrated and meet project requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to site teams and vendors. Oversee the installation and quality of MEP systems to ensure they meet design intent and industry standards.
  • Review and finalize cost estimates and budgets. Participate in value engineering to optimize designs for cost-efficiency.
  • Manage vendors from the bidding process through to project completion. Review and comment on tender documents and assist in vendor finalization.
  • Ensure all MEP installations comply with local and national codes, standards, and building codes. Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of work
  • Troubleshoot technical and site-related issues. Report on project progress, quality, and cost to senior management.

  • Key skills and qualifications
    • Education : degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.) and their integration into building design.
    • Proven experience in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills required for interacting with multiple stakeholders.
    • Cost control, risk management, and an understanding of procurement processes.
Finishing Engineer - Civil

Experience : 5 to 6 Years in Real Estates

Job Location : Greater Noida (Yamuna Expressway)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise all finishing activities in a high-rise residential project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil finishing works, quality control, and coordination with contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality execution as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and execute all finishing works (tiling, painting, wall sticker, plastering, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, waterproofing, wooden flooring, HVAC, etc).
  • Ensure work quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and MEP teams for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in material planning.

DGM / GM / AVP / Head - Sales

Experience : 15 Years + in Real Estates

Job Location : Noida, Yamuna Expressway

Core responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including market expansion and brand positioning.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, oversee B2B/B2C sales activities, and analyze sales performance against market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
    • Key tasks
      • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, lead generation, and advertising.
      • Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA).
